Earlier this week I shared with you the work my team did to create the Dynamic Governance Model, our proposed alternative to the current AI policy impasse in the United States. In the next few weeks I will cover the proposal and different elements of our research in smaller installments here at Substack.

Beyond AI Regulation, from The Conversation, is a summary of the work in which I explain why this is better than other alternatives currently on the table—including the EU AI Act—and aligned with a model supportive of the industry as advocated by the current administration.
